So many pumpkins! Painted pumpkins. Carved pumpkins. Mini pumpkins.

Between my mom's garden, the field trip to the pumpkin patch, and finding mini pumpkins at a fruit stand we ended up with a lot of pumpkins this year.

The kids painted the pumpkins from the pumpkin patch.

Malakai's pumpkin was very abstract but he thoroughly enjoyed painting it!

Sanaa spent a lot of time on hers. She painted rainbow stripes on the back and a face on the front. She free-handed the face and did the entire thing herself. I was very impressed with how well her pumpkin face turned out.

Layla spent a lot of time on hers as well. She made various decorations not the back and a face on the front with ears.

The pumpkins from my parents garden we carved. The kids helped excitedly for the first 5-10 minutes and then I was stuck finishing them. Each kid was very specific about the type of face they wanted on their pumpkin. Thankfully, each of them were very happy with what I carved.
